Well hello everyone, I am finally back.  Thanks to everyone for their kind comments but sadly my beloved Irish setter,William, went to sleep on the 4th September and is now free of pain.  I won't maudle on here about it but will post on my own blog about him when I feel a little less raw.

Late September challenge

Hi everyone, I'm afraid the September challenge will be a few days late. My beloved dog is extremely poorly and I just can't get anything done due to having to sit with him for 24 hours at the moment.

Hi everyone - I am so sorry I haven't posted the winner and top three for the July challenge yet - I have had an awful month with me being unwell, a dash to the hospital in the ambulance with my husband in a diabetic coma, my dad in hospital and to top it all my gorgeous red setter is possibly facing a big operation too so this month just seems to have gotten away from me. 

 

So I will post the winner and top three on the 1st September when I post the new challenge.

 

Please accept my apologies and thank you all so much for joining in the challenges each month.

I'll be back on the 1st and hopefully everything will have calmed down a little so I can take a breath.

August Challenge - Something floral

Hello everyone!!  Well welcome to August - where the heck is the year going????  I'm another year older now (I feel ten years older but never mind LOL) and it feels like we're rocketing towards the end of the year and I just daren't say the 'C'word!!!

 

Anyway, thanks to all who entered the July challenge and now we're on to the next one.  This month the challenge is;

 

Say it with Flowers

 

So anything floral from the image you use to the floral embellies you like to pop on your projects, as long as there's a flower in there somewhere you can enter the challenge.

Hello everyone and welcome to July!!  I can't believe that half of the year has gone already - it won't be long and Christmas will be here LOL!!  How many of you have already got Christmas cards on the go?? I have to admit I have started a few as I know I'll need plenty to sell ;o)  Anyway, that's enough talk of Christmas when the sun is shining so brightly (or at least should be) and onto this months blog challenge.

Good morning all, I hope everyone is well and not melting too badly in the heat.  I am not going to complain about the hot weather after such a long grotty winter and such a lack of sunshine but I do feel for my poor dogs who really don't like it when it is this hot - I'll just keep all the windows open, blinds drawn and fans blowing for them ;o)

June challenge - for the men in your life

Good morning everyone and welcome to June - it finally seems like Summer may be on its way here in the UK and the sunshine really does help lift my mood.

Before we get to this months challenge I would just like to mention that we have moved website hosts and so the site has had a few teething problems which I seem to be sorting out (if somewhat slowly!) so if anyone has had any problems getting in the store please accept my apologies and please contact me if these problems are still going on!  I am hoping to add lots of new stock now that we are relaunching so if there is anything people would like to see in there please let me know!

So onto the challenge and seeing as it is Father's Day this month I thought we would do something for them so the challenge this month is;

For the men in our lives.

It can be any crafty project so a card for a man or a scrapbook page or anything else that takes your fancy.
